Meet LisaMarie Woody
For more than 30 years, LisaMarie Woody has dedicated her career to developing strong, technically exceptional dancers while inspiring confidence, resilience, and artistry that extends far beyond the studio.
As the founder of Elements Technique, LisaMarie has become one of the Midwest’s most respected educators in acro and technical dance training. Known for her meticulous eye, innovative teaching methods, and unwavering commitment to safe, progressive training, she has earned a reputation for helping dancers unlock abilities they never believed possible.
Her students have gone on to earn national titles, receive scholarships, and gain acceptance into some of the country’s most prestigious collegiate dance programs, including Juilliard, USC, NYU, UCLA, Chapman University, and CLI.
LisaMarie is certified through Acrobatic Arts in AcroDance, Contortion, and Flexibility and is also a certified AcroDance Adjudicator. She holds certifications in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and continues to expand her education to ensure her dancers receive the highest level of instruction available.
Through private coaching, workshops, choreography, and master classes, LisaMarie combines precision, athleticism, artistry, and performance quality into training that creates dancers who are not only technically advanced—but confident, intelligent movers capable of thriving in every style.
